Monday's Weight + Weekend

Weight 187.6

Two pound gain over the weekend is usually water gain (I eat saltier foods over the weekend) and my Friday weight was unusally low because I weighed myself after Yoga (where I lost a lot of water) rather than before.

I started my exercise program with Yoga on Friday - a very sore proposition for my out of shape body and am starting to walk at lunch time - about 2-3 miles today. Some people claim that an Atkins diet makes them miserable - I find increased energy from the diet. I also find that the 25 lb weight loss makes walking hills and stairs much easier on my knees.
