Well I ended up where I was last Friday. Not too bad considering that I ate more than I should have (snacking on almonds). I walked 2 or 3 miles 3 times this week and took my second yoga class - the first class was really hard on my body and I didn't recover until this Thursday. I took it a bit easier this time.
For those who think Yoga is sitting cross-legged and chanting AUM with no physical exercise, you are greatly mistaken. It's basically isometrics with lots of stretching and can give you a good anaerobic workout (and aerobic if you are skilled).
I'll see if I can be better controlled this weekend and resume a weekly weight loss.
